shipping policy
order processing time
orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
please note: orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
shipping methods & rates

order tracking
once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. you can track your package directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking details.
shipping delays
while we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors (such as weather, holidays, or postage delays) may cause unexpected delays. unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
returns & exchanges
we want you to love what you ordered, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! below is everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges.
returns
eligibility: you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit. to be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
non-returnable items: due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products, including any beauty blenders or applicators. if there is an issue with your item (such as damage or defect), please contact us right away.
return process: to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@blendsociety.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. we will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
return shipping: you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
exchanges
if you would like to exchange an item for a different item, colour, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. exchanges are subject to product availability.
refunds
once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. if your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
damaged or defective Items
if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. we’ll either issue a full refund, send you a replacement, or assist you in resolving the issue.
